ChampLink.app is a tournament bracket management platform that allows users to create, manage, and share competition brackets. The Service includes features for organizing tournaments, tracking scores, and displaying real-time updates.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

ChampLink is available to users of all ages, subject to the following requirements:

Users Under 13 (COPPA Compliance)

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), users under 13 years of age require verifiable parental consent before using the Service. During registration:

A parent or guardian email address must be provided
The parent/guardian must verify their identity through our secure identity verification process
Accounts without verified parental consent will be deleted after 14 days
Parents may revoke consent and request account deletion at any time

Users 13-17 (Teen Users)

Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the Service without parental consent, but we will send an informational notification to the parent/guardian email address provided during registration.

Age Verification

All users must provide their date of birth during registration. You agree to provide accurate information about your age. Providing false information about your age is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
